Brief History
Qatban Development & Investment (QDI), is a limited liability construction company established in the Sultanate of OMAN at the beginning of 2007 ; yet it mainly consists of a partnership between AL-Qaiem Construction Company (Iraqi company established in 1976) represented by the Iraqi partners and the National Development Establishment (Omani Construction Company) represented by the owner (SH. Omer Bin Abdullah Bin Ali ALQatabi).
This group of managers and experienced engineers who brought their know how, their specialized skill and the experience acquired during the previous thirty years of activity has carried out projects placed all over IRAQ and the sultanate of OMAN.

Founded in Sultanate Of Oman in 2007, building on solid foundations of dignity, integrity, justice, hard work, modesty and positive attitude, and driven by a customer-first philosophy, the company has expanded and developed into one of the most acknowledged construction companies to be registered in Oman.
